RULES AND REGULATIONS
GENERAL: By purchasing a ticket in the Canadian Cancer Society 2022 Fall VIP Lottery, the 50/50 Raffle and/or the Cash for Kids Calendar Lottery, the purchasers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Rules and Regulations. The liability of the licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket, which is not tax deductible. Tickets will be available until midnight, October 21, 2022, or in the case of the Fall VIP Lottery and the Cash for Kids Calendar Lottery, while supplies last. All tickets purchased will be issued in sequential order. Ticket purchasers opting for e-tickets should receive their tickets within four business days, while those opting for mailed tickets should receive their tickets within three weeks, following the order date. It is the responsibility of purchasers to ensure they have received their ticket(s) before the draws commence. The Canadian Cancer Society does not accept responsibility for ticket orders not received on time or at all. If you have not received your ticket(s), please contact the customer service line at (866) 727-2024 for a replacement. Only one method of payment will be accepted with any ticket order. All tickets in a bundle pack must contain the same name(s) and mailing address and will only be sent to the primary ticket purchaser. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share win information and prize(s) with any other person(s) associated with winning ticket(s). Draw times are approximate and draw results will be published on the day listed for the prize. Winning ticket information for weekend prizes will be published on the following business day. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six months after the draw date. In the event of a discrepancy, the official records of MiraTel Solutions Inc. will be deemed final. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and a charitable allocation will be approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. All draws will be conducted at the offices of MNP LLP, 3100 Steeles Avenue East, Unit 700 Markham, Ontario L3R 8T3. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator (RNG) software under the supervision of MNP LLP. MNP LLP will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible ticket numbers for each of the prize draws listed below. All winners will be notified by mail within four weeks with instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). Winners may also be contacted by phone. All winners will be published online, at lottery.cancer.ca. Names will be posted daily, and a complete list will be published on the website on November 30, 2022. FALL VIP LOTTERY: Tickets are $100 each, three (3) for $250, five (5) for $375, eight (8) for $500 and 15 for $750. Only 95,000 tickets will be available for purchase, with another 4,750 awarded as Early Bird Bonus Tickets. There are 17,492 prizes with a total value of $4,120,809.18 inclusive of all applicable taxes, service and destination charges. The Fall VIP Lottery is officially completed with the publication of the winning ticket in the 50/50 Raffle draw on November 30, 2022. Draw times are approximate and draw results will be published on the day listed for the prize. Winning information for weekend prizes will be published on the following business day. Prizes may not be exactly as shown. Vehicle winners must accept the vehicle as awarded or take a cash alternative. Vehicle winners are responsible for the licensing and insuring of vehicles from the time of ownership. Vehicle winners choosing the cash alternative will be required to provide a signed release form prior to receiving the cash prize. Vehicle prize delivery may be delayed due to current supply line and market challenges. The Loyalty Prize draw for a 2023 Chevrolet Camaro 1LT (value of $44,749.11 and cash out alternative of $35,034.01) will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on September 1, 2022. To be eligible, tickets must be purchased by midnight, August 19, 2022. The Early Bonus Prize draws will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on October 6, 2022, consisting of 25 draws for $10,000 cash. To be eligible, tickets must be purchased by midnight, September 23, 2022. The Early Bird Prize draws will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on October 21, 2022. The first Early Bird Prize draw is for a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, a 2022 Forest River Wolf Pack and $10,000 Cash (value of $122,436.67 and cash out alternative of $100,000). The final 4,750 Early Bird Prize draws are for bonus tickets qualified for all the Daily, Final and Grand Prize draws. To be eligible, tickets must be purchased by midnight, October 14, 2022. CASH FOR KIDS CALENDAR LOTTERY: Ticket prices are five (5) for $25, 12 for $50, 25 for $75, 40 for $100 and 75 for $150. There are 335,000 tickets available for purchase. Daily Prizes include, in draw order, five (5) Daily Cash Prizes of $1,000 for each day of November (total of 150 prizes), three (3) Weekly Bonus Cash Prizes of $5,000 and one (1) Weekly Bonus Cash Prize of $10,000 for each of November 3, 10, 17 & 24 (total of 16 prizes), one (1) $10,000 cash Grand Prize, one (1) $25,000 cash Grand Prize and one (1) $50,000 cash Grand Prize.
