RULES AND REGULATIONS

There are only 220,000 tickets available. Tickets are $100 each or 3 for $250 or 5 for $375. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. All tickets in a multi-pack must contain the same names and mailing address. Multi-pack tickets can only be mailed to the address of the primary ticket purchaser. All tickets will be issued in sequential order. The total value of all prizes is $6,690,974.34, inclusive of all applicable taxes and destination charges. Only tickets that have been paid for and been verified as paid for are eligible for the respective draws. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets should arrive within three weeks following the order date. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser(s) to ensure they have received their ticket(s) before the draws commence. Tickets cannot be reimbursed once the draws commence. If you have not received your ticket(s), please contact the customer service line at 1 866 727-2024 for a replacement.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within one year after the draw date. Winning tickets will be drawn under the supervision of MiraTel Solutions Inc. Prior to each draw, the drum of tokens (tickets) will be spun a minimum of three complete rotations. Following each draw, the token number will be verified, recorded, returned to the drum and eligible for all other subsequent draws. There are no restrictions on the spending of the cash awarded for travel. Vehicle prizes will be available for pickup in Toronto, Ontario. The Early Bonus Draw (1 draw for $75,000 cash) will take place on February 28, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at MiraTel Solutions Inc. 200 2501 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M3J 2P1. To be eligible for the Early Bonus Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight, February 8, 2013. The Early Bird Draws (10 prize draws for $50,000 cash) will take place on March 28, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at MiraTel Solutions Inc. To be eligible for the Early Bird Draws, tickets must be purchased by midnight, March 15, 2013. The Daily and Weekly Bonus Prize Draws will take place at the offices of the Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division located at 500 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M4V 2Y7. The Daily Prize Draws (90 prize draws) will be made Monday to Friday from April 1 until April 30, 2013, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Draws for Daily Prizes occurring on a weekend or holiday will be conducted on the following non-holiday weekday. To be eligible for the Daily, Weekly and Grand Prize Draws, tickets must be purchased by midnight, March 19, 2013. The order for the Daily Prize Draws is: $5,000 Travel, $10,000 Cash, Car Prize. The order for the Daily Car Prize draws, all 2013 models, is: Porsche Boxster, BMW 128i, Nissan Rogue, Ford Mustang, Mercedes-Benz B-Class, Cadillac XTS, Chevrolet Cruze, Honda Crosstour, Dodge Charger, Lexus CT 200h, Mercedes-Benz SLK 250 Roadster, Volkswagen Jetta, Ford Escape, Chevrolet Camaro, Nissan Altima, Jaguar XF, Honda Accord, Jeep Wrangler, Chevrolet Malibu, Toyota Highlander Hybrid, BMW Z4 Roadster, Acura ILX, Volkswagen Beetle, Ford F-150, Mazda CX-5, Lexus RX-350, Dodge Dart, Toyota Venza, Buick Verano, Infiniti JX. The Weekly Bonus Travel Prize Draws (4 draws awarded as $10,000 cash) will be made April 3, 10, 17 & 24 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., following the Daily Prize Draws. The Weekly Bonus Cash Prize Draws (4 draws of $25,000 cash) will be made April 4, 11, 18 & 25 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., following the Daily Prize Draws. The Weekly Bonus Car Prize Draws (4 prize draws) will be made April 5, 12, 19 & 26 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., following the Daily Prize Draws. The order for the Weekly Bonus Car Prize draws, all 2013 models, is: Mercedes-Benz B-Class, Volkswagen Jetta, Chevrolet Malibu, Lexus RX-350. The Weekly Anniversary Cash Bonus Prize Draws (300 total draws) will be made April 5, 12, 19 & 26 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., following the Daily Prize Draws and the Weekly Bonus Car Draws. The Grand Prize Draws (10 draws) will be conducted on May 6, 2013, at the CTV Studio located at #9 Channel 9 Court, Toronto, Ontario M1S 4B5. The order for the Grand Prize Draws, where all vehicles are 2013 models, is: Chevrolet Corvette & $10,000 Cash; Acura TL, Acura RDX & $10,000 Cash; Cadillac ATS, Cadillac SRX & $10,000 Cash; BMW 128i Cabriolet, BMW X1 xDrive28i & $10,000 Cash; Audi Q5, Audi A3 & $10,000 Cash; Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 4MATIC, Mercedes-Benz C 250 & $10,000 Cash; Lincoln MKS, Lincoln MKT & $10,000 Cash; three prizes of $1,000,000 Cash. A list of prize winners will be published in the Toronto Star and online at lottery.cancer.ca on May 17, 2013.

The following persons are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Members of the Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division Provincial Board of Directors, employees of the Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division and registered gaming suppliers. All winners will be notified by mail with complete instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). Winners may also be contacted by phone. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by the Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division.
